Write the handoff rule.

Decide when the agent must stop and send the task to a person: money, customer risk, health, legal, reputation or unclear instructions.

Information quality

Name the allowed sources.

List the policies, documents, systems and examples the agent is allowed to use. If the source is not named, it should not drive the decision.

Commercial value

Measure one live workflow.

Track what changed: time saved, handoffs reduced, drafts improved, errors caught or decisions clarified. If nothing improves, redesign the workflow.
